1. Institutional Overview & Scope
This Code of Conduct governs all interactions, course enrollments, digital assets, certificate issuances, student conduct, and training activities conducted by Arth Computer Institute of Digital Technology ("Institute", "We", "Us", or "Our"), located at Kharni ,Barwadda, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
2. Compliance & Standards
Our institution adheres strictly to international educational quality guidelines under our ISO 9001:2015 certification, the Information Technology Act (India), and national student data privacy standards. All students, faculty, corporate partners, and web visitors agree to abide by these guidelines upon accessing our campus facilities or digital platforms.
3. Admission, Fee Payment & Refund Guidelines
Course fee structures are transparently communicated prior to enrollment. Installment options are provided for student convenience. Any request for fee refunds or batch transfers must be submitted in writing to the Grievance Cell within 7 calendar days of course commencement.
4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All proprietary lecture notes, video recordings, software code repositories, project blueprints, and examination materials provided during training remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arth Computer Institute. Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
