Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Admission Registration Fees

Admission registration and prospectus fees paid at the time of initial application are non-refundable as they cover administrative processing and laboratory seat allocation.

2. Tuition Fee Refund Guidelines

• If a student requests cancellation of enrollment in writing at least 3 days prior to the batch start date, 90% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded.
• If a cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days after batch commencement, 50% of tuition fee is refundable.
• No fee refunds are processed after 7 days of course commencement; however, students may request batch transfers to a future date due to documented medical or emergency reasons.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or cheque within 7 to 10 business days following written approval from the Institute Management.
